Mythocology
Join us for a foraging series - Mythocology
ABOUT
We are excited to welcome friends and community members to take part in several classes taught by local and national experts in the subjects of foraging, sustainable farming, as well as preparing wild foods. In addition, meals will be created from local and foraged foods by guest chefs who craft healthy and sustainable vegan foods inspired by their own cultures. We are excited to welcome both local guests as well as friends from afar to stay on and around the property where we will be hosting the retreat in the mountains outside of Boulder, Colorado.
